Status: exploratory preregistration and instrumentation only.

This laboratory operationalizes UCF-36, UCF-37 and UCF-38 as a separate research rail. It does not modify T^GPT v0.8.7, does not open P0, and does not create confirmatory evidence.

## Core trace

Each semantic event can preserve:
- M_raw — native message
- M_gloss — independent audit gloss
- S_t — time-indexed semantic state
- provenance — origin and source-event links
- delta_S — local semantic change

## Hard boundaries

Observability != semantic intelligibility != factual verifiability.
Shared jargon != intentional concealment != secret collusion.
Participant-use consistency != subjective understanding.
No language optimization. No reward for opacity. No global opacity score.
